About The Culinary Outpost
The Culinary Outpost is a coffee shop in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. It is listed at 2231 Kedenburg St Bldg H-5718, Fort Liberty, NC 28310, which places it among the local businesses of Fort Liberty that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 amβ6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, facebook.com.

Fort Liberty is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Fort Liberty is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Hard to find but worth it for grab and gos

The convenience is great, and like a lot of the reviews say, it is almost like a gas station, except as a Soldier living in the barracks- you get items for free. I would utilize this service again in the future for drinks. Unfortunately, I would rate the food zero stars if it were possible. The reason for my judgement would be because I grabbed a carton of milk to have something to eat their oatmeal with in the morning. The milk was spoilt... I poured it out into my oatmeal and chunks came out. I do not believe that the milk has sufficient cooling methods, thus for the spoilage that occurred when I grabbed said milk carton.

itβs pretty much gas station food, but free to soldiers. they have ramen, snack packs, drinks, coffee, hotdogs. nothing special but itβs open all day so you can go in a grab a quick snack.

Great place to get a quick meal to heat up on your barracks room but eating prepackaged TV meals everyday because that's the only food spot within reasonable walking distance (under a mile one way) makes you think of the ways you've screwed up. Definitely not the way I want to look back on my time as a private but otherwise it's wonderful for what it is.

This place is awesome if you are in a rush to grab something and go. You get to grab a snack item, a dairy item (non dairy is available), a dessert, a side item, a main entree (usually a sandwich or a salad but I have seen sushi before), and a drink. Once you grab your items, you can just scan your CAC and you are good to go. I would bring a grocery bag to stash all your items in (otherwise you are hand carrying everything).
